Tax Deductible Donations
On the day of pickup we will provide you with a tax receipt as proof that you have donated items to the National Kidney Foundation. It is your responsibility to complete the form, attach it to your list of donations, and to place a value on your items.
If you have questions on placing a value on your donated items, a detailed listing of all types of donations and their values is on the IRS website.
If you did not receive a tax receipt on the day of pickup, please complete this form. After verification of pickup, one will be sent to the home address you provide us.
